our Calorie Burner Calculator, you can calculate the approximate
number of calories that you burn during a workout.

1. Enter your current weight in the box provided. If you entered
your weight in kilograms, be sure to select KILOGRAMS from the
drop-down lists.
2. Select the type of physical activity. For many activities,
there are variations in the level of exertion.
3. Enter the duration of your workout in the box provided. If
you entered the time in hours, select HOURS from the drop-down
list.
4. When you have entered all of your information, click SUBMIT.
