Robert Monster

Chairman

Robert W. Monster leads Monster Venture Partners (MVP), an early-stage venture capital firm based in Seattle, Wash., focused on global technology opportunities in the consumer healthcare, market research and Internet marketing industries. In addition to his role as Chairman of Healthcare.com, he also serves on the boards of GMI, Demoxi, Inc., and Clickable.com. Mr. Monster was the founder of GMI (Global Market Insite, Inc.), a leading provider oftechnology-enabled services to the global market research industry.


Mr. Monster served as chairman and CEO from 1999-2007, during which time GMI achieved annual revenue growth of over 100% per year and expanded to serve customers in more than 60 countries. Prior to founding GMI, Mr. Monster was a global product development manager with Procter & Gamble.


During an eight year technology management career with P&G, Mr. Monster lived and worked in Europe, Asia and North America. He also traveled extensively in Latin America as part of his global role in leading the development and commercialization of a series of successful new product initiatives.

Mr. Monster is winner of the 2005 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award in Technology and Software (Pacific Northwest), and is co-author of Market Research in the Internet Age, published by John Wiley & Sons. A Dutch-American, Mr. Monster is fluent in English, Dutch, and German. He holds a BS and an MBA from Cornell University, where he studied life sciences and economics.


Matias de Tezanos

Chief Executive Officer

Matias de Tezanos, CEO of Healthcare.com, is an entrepreneur who has been involved in the development of Internet companies since 1999. In 2001, Matias created Hoteles.com (the Spanish version of the popular Hotels.com online reservation portal), which grew 500% in the first year of operations and was acquired in 2003 by a major online travel industry site in the United States.


Mr. de Tezanos was one of the two principal founders of ClickDiario.com Network, a Hispanic online advertising network that reached 45 million unique visitors per month. In 2007, Clickdiario.com was acquired by FOX Latin American division.


Mr. de Tezanos presided as CEO of ClickDiario.com until his departure to focus his efforts on the development of Healthcare.com. Mr. de Tezanos is an active Young Entrepreneurs' Organization (YEO) member, and has been invited to talk about entrepreneurship in several universities through Latin America, the United States and Europe.


Jose Vargas

President & Chief Operating Officer

Jose Vargas, President and COO of Healthcare.com, was previously the founder and CEO of MailCreations.com, Inc., a successful online marketing and lead generation company with a worldwide registered user database of over 100 million and clients including 3M, Oracle, MBNA, Citibank, Orchard Bank, Microsoft and HBO.


The company was profitable since its inception and its revenues grew over 100% year over year. MailCreations.com was acquired by a publicly-traded Japanese technology group in 2004.


Mr. Vargas serves as Director of the Organization of American States Young American Business Trust Chapter and is a member of the Florida International Council of 100. Since 2007, he has served as Board Member of RockingTheBoat.org, a non-for-profit foundation serving underprivileged teens in New York City.


He graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration from Florida International University, where he also served as an adjunct professor in 2003 teaching Internet Marketing.


Julio Gonzalez Arrivillaga

Chief Technology Officer

Julio Gonzalez Arrivillaga, CTO of Healthcare.com, came from a distinguished career as COO, CFO, and later CEO of ClickDiario Network, a Hispanic online media portal and advertising network that reached 45 million monthly unique visitors.


In addition to managing business operations at ClickDiario, Mr. Arrivillaga had principal product responsibility for ClickDiario's online properties.


Mr. Arrivillaga, along with HealthCare.com CEO's Matias de Tezanos, was one of the two principal founders of ClickDiario.com Network, which was acquired in 2007 by FOX Latin America, a division of News Corporation.


Mr.Arrivillaga served as professor for several universities in Central America.


Mr. Arrivillaga holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the Universidad Francisco Marroquin in Guatemala.


Howard Yeh

VP Corporate Development

Howard Yeh, Vice President of Corporate Development & Finance, was previously a vice president in the IT investment practice of VantagePoint Venture Partners, a venture capital firm managing over $4B of capital. He has over seven years of experience in investing, financial analysis and deal execution in the media and marketing services sectors.


At VPVP, he was a member of the Digital Media Group focused primarily on internet marketing services and online media. In this role, he was responsible for deal sourcing, investment evaluation, term sheet negotiation, deal documentation, due diligence and portfolio management.


Prior to joining VPVP in 2003, he was an investment banking analyst at Merrill Lynch's Global Media group based in New York, advising in a variety of M&A and financing assignments. He graduated cum laude from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with a BS in Economics, concentrating in finance.


Howard is also a founder and board director at Morris Academy Mentors, a non-profit high school mentoring program based in the Bronx founded in 2004. He was also on the founding executive committee of the New York Venture Capital Association, a networking organization representing over 50 VC professionals and over 30 venture capital funds in and around New York City.


Felicia Shields

Vice President, Sales

Felicia Shields, Vice President of Sales, joins Healthcare.com with over 14 years of management experience in the health, fitness and spa industry. Prior to joining our team, Ms. Shields served as Vice President of Sales for the Wellbridge Company, one of the nation's leading owners and operators of upscale athletic clubs and spas. In her role as VP of Sales for Wellbridge, Ms. Shields led a team of over 150 sales professionals in 11 states to set company records for sales and revenue achievement.


During her tenure, Ms. Shields developed new sales and operations systems, implemented corporate sales programs and pioneered new business strategies which elevated organizational performance. Throughout her 14 year career, she served in numerous capacities including Regional Operations Director, Regional Sales Manager and as General Manager of an exclusive club and spa. Felicia Shields is a graduate of Auburn University with a BA in Communications.


Shertmann Lopez

VP of Search Marketing

Over 9 years of experience in Online Marketing and Search Engine Optimization commonly known as SEO.  Prior to joining Healthcare.com , Mr. Lopez held the position of  Search Marketing Director at Sapient Corporation,  a global interactive marketing services firm,  during his role he established and Led the Search Department to be the fastest growing area  in the corporation with a revenue growth of 200% year over year. Mr. Lopez executed and managed successful profitable interactive marketing campaigns and strategies for Fortune 500 companies in the financial, travel & pharmaceutical vertical.


Throughout his career, Mr. Lopez has spearheaded highly successful online campaigns that have accounted for over 60% increase in companies’ growth and revenues. His vast experience in SEO have helped a broad variety of companies and organizations to build strong Search Engine audience through the implementation of efficient search engine optimization strategies.
